At that point I told him, 'Go away!' Kiko, you will never be able to get that time with your family back, I know it first hand... I paid the price myself.' In the end, he accepted," commented Dave Mustaine on social networks, explaining the guitarist's situation, also revealing who will occupy the place of the former Angra.

"Kiko will remain absent, due to our touring commitments next year we will move forward with Teemu Mäntysaari as guitarist," Mustaine announced, information that fans, especially South Americans, were waiting for, as Megadeth has a busy 2024, including a visit to this part. in the world, with dates in Peru, Chile, Uruguay, Argentina, Paraguay, Brazil and Colombia.
