The ever iconic Black Veil Brides performed an unforgettable set last May 05, 2026 as their North American Tour stopped at our award-winning House of Blues in Dallas, Tx. The metal band formed 2006 is known for their gothic appearance, tight black studded clothing, and theatric performances. Their loyal fanbase were not shy to represent why they were front and center and making it nearly impossible to move around the venue. The tour features a stellar cast with support from From Ashes To New, TX2, and As December Falls. All performances blew me away. This is another tour you’re not going to want to miss because the artists are just that good.

As December Falls opens the night and they come out swinging. The British rock band from England is touring in the USA for the first time. They most definitely gained new fans that night. They have 4 studio albums and have already won Best UK Breakthrough Artist at the Heavy Music Awards in 2023. They delivered a fun and energetic performance that set the tone for the night.

TX2 is an emo/alt-rock band started by Evan Thomas. Their first breakthrough single “I Would Hate Me Too” went viral in 2023 and they have since amassed almost 600k monthly listeners on Spotify, 940k followers via TikTok, and 190k followers via Instagram. I did not know what to expect from this group but the second they jumped the barricade to be in the center of the circle I knew they were going to be crazy wild. Their performance lived up to their hype. It’s easy to understand how they gained so much traction in just a few years.

I’ve seen and photographed From Ashes To New during their headline tour last fall. Since then, they have recently released their 6th studio album Reflections last April. I’ve been looking forward to seeing them live again because their last show was such a good one. I’m a huge fan of their musical style combining relatable human themes while  blending technical raps with melodic rock choruses and electronic elements. Their set list mixed old hits with new songs from their recent album. I’m already looking forward to their next show. They are that good of a band.

Black Veil Brides and Andy Beirsack are rockstars. They are spectacular on stage but what really drew me to them was their connection with the fans in between sets. It’s a good mix of humorous antics and down-to-Earth conversations with their fans. They also did a good job hyping the upcoming release of their latest album Vindicate which became available last Friday. It’s easy to see how legendary this group is with such a powerful onstage presence that is charismatic and intimate at the same time. I truly enjoyed this show from start to finish.
